Vecinito III

Trying to achieve a looser feel to the work involved, being a portrait I produced 3 paintings. It didn't work out the way I planned and this is the 3rd painting which is slightly more veered towards what I had in mind. The sitter is an Engineering Student from Colombia who is a neighbour of mine, hence the title Vecinito (Neighbour)

Alan has worked with Ian Fleming Illustration Agency in the 80s gaining numerous commissions eg; Royal Shakespeare Company, 20th Century Fox and British Telecom .
In 1986 his portrait of Andrew Celli Actor was exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery London.
From 90s onwards he has worked in Scenic Painting ( eg; Michael Jackson Dangerous Tour) ,Specialist Mural Decoration ( Numerous London Residences) and Fine Art.
Mentoring Students since 1989 in various Colleges in UK. and now in Australia where he migrated in 2007.
