Deep rumbles and dark clouds, sea spray rides on the wind. Strong textured white brushstrokes dance across a moody ground washed in deep blues and greens.

Light, energy, emotion - I am interested in visual perception and visual sensation. Nature inspired organic shapes and contrasts of colour and texture explore themes of energy and place. Brushstrokes are left raw and immediate recording my presence in the work. Their abstraction invites a collaboration with the viewer to complete a mood or experience that is individual to each person.
