A further study of a pink protea in a Vintage Jar placed on 1960's Barkcloth fabric.

I have done several works on this particular set up as I really love the blue against the soft red and pinks of the protea flower.

My flowers are sourced either from our cold climate mountain garden or from local growers in our area. The fabric is part of my extensive vintage collection of fabrics, this particular piece has beautiful colours and textures, I keep coming back to it in my artworks.

I have painted this in oils on cradled board - it comes to you unframed with a hanger to the back however I can arrange framing for you at an additional cost of $80 with a turn around of two weeks at the framers. Please contact bluethumb if you would like to take up this option.
