Born in Melbourne Allison is a registered nurse with 20 years experience and a background in surgical oncology; She continues to work full time in a busy metropolitan hospital. Allison began painting initially as a bereavement therapy and quickly grew to love it and now paints regularly in both watercolour and oils. Allison is influenced in particular by the diverse Australian landscape and especially loves to paint her local environment.
