A moody scene depicting white magnolias against a darkened evening sky. A tiny native Welcome Swallow rests upon one of the boughs.
This is a more understated piece inspired by my walks around Carlton Gardens in Melbourne, where many beautiful and stately magnolia trees bloom in the early springtime.
