Artwork Description

Sunkissed Garden - 180 x 80cm Abstract Canvas Print. Comes rolled/unstretched. If you would like it framed please select these options when purchasing.
Large pink floral abstract canvas print in a minimal modern impressionist style. Joyful dappled brushstrokes that layer the lightness against the darker tones creating depth to the layers. Depicting the beautiful colours of a sunsetting over a blossoming garden. A calm and tranquil colour palette of warm pinks, deep burgundy, apricots, browns, yellows and beiges.
Choosing the colours at the start of a piece is an important part of my artistic process and and I love choosing the colours through how I am feeling and what I want the viewer to also feel. It is fascinating how a certain colour can really change a rooms ambiance and feel. Pink is a nurturing, playful, and nostalgic colour that takes people back to their childhoods. Bright and hot pinks are associated with love and romance.
I want this artwork to invoke a playful joy, romanticism and a lovely calmness within the viewer and the room that is hanging in. Perfect addition for someone who loves being surrounded by nature and to be able to bring the positive essence of nature and its emotions inside into your home.

Amber draws inspiration from the Australian landscape and its botanical forms. Amber translates elements of the natural world into abstract compositions that focus more on feeling over their representation.

Through layered colour, organic movement and considered placement, Amber aims to create paintings that bring a sense of calm, balance and natural energy into a space. Nature acts as a starting point — a reference for growth, rhythm and softness — while abstraction allows the work to remain open, personal and enduring.

Each piece is created intuitively, with attention to colour formations and harmony. Amber is drawn to how colour can influence and impact a room and how art can anchor an interior, shaping not only how a space looks, but how it feels.

Amber’s work is intended to be lived with — collected for its emotional resonance, longevity and ability to connect the beauty of the natural world with contemporary interiors.
