Don’t you find that candies are often attached to certain memories?
Well, one of mine is that of visiting my grandmother at Christmas! She would have lollies piled on the table!! Yes, piled! To my child eyes, that was magic, tempting and incredibly joyful! And although I don’t remember what kind they were, the memory of that colourful pile still makes me smile.
So here is my smile passed on to you – perhaps this painting will bring you a similar joy? "All Sorts of Candy" is another playful composition in Green ,Purples and Orange I hope you enjoy .

Welcome to my “Lollie Collection”. I like to use the juxtaposition of the photorealism detail and the blur. It is how our eyes see things and it really adds to the realism. But when you look close up you can see where i used finger rubbing and spray to create the blur and fine brushes for the detail. It all comes together for that illusion of realism... well at 1000 times the size! ;)

This painting is stretched on a 40mm quality stretcher, is boxed in double thick cardboard and arrives ready to hang with a black float frame.

FRAMED
This original painting comes framed with a simple BLACK float frame. IF you want a different frame, please note that Bluethumb does offer framing services!

This original painting measures 92 x 92 cm with a 40mm edge with the frame it is 97 x 97 x 5 cm. Effort has been made to size the image in the rooms proportionately to the furniture, however please measure your own furniture to make sure this image is right for your room!
