A striking, one-of-a-kind extra-large abstract acrylic painting created through layered fluid techniques that guide pigments to flow, merge, and separate. “Tidal Drift” reveals intricate lacework and delicate cells that echo the movement of water and shifting terrain, capturing a sense of vitality and natural motion.

Rich pigments of gold, bronze, copper, rose gold, and silver move alongside soft creams, deep greys, blues, and greens, anchored by subtle black and white accents. Metallic highlights shimmer with changing light, adding depth and a dynamic presence throughout the day.

Inspired by the places she has called home, Angela draws from the lush rainforests of Northern New South Wales, the golden beaches of Queensland and the vast, mineral-rich terrain of Western Australia. These landscapes emerge in her paintings as abstract impressions rather than direct depictions. Across her collections, the mood shifts from soft and calming to bold and energetic.
