Sometimes, it’s nice to escape adult life and sit back to remember the simpler days of youth.
This piece was painted from that place within, where dwells my inner child. Expressive strokes with no care for geometry or accuracy of line, this was a romp in the daisies, a leaning back as I watched the clouds from a branch in our apricot tree. This piece will not need to be explained to a child, or the child inside of us all.
A bright, cheering piece, framed in a complimentary deep, black frame, which could easily be painted another colour to suit a nursery or playroom.
