Artwork Description

Watercolour on paper

Signed on the front.

"Murrumbidgee Rivergum at Balranald" by Anica Amphlett is an original watercolour painting and requires framing to hang.

On our way to South Australia we stayed at Balranald a township in a semi-desert area in the far south west of NSW. The Murrumbidgee River flows through here and the Rivergums are majestic and massive. For an idea of scale see the fisherman as he enjoys the rugged Aussie landscape in hope of an encunter with a beautiful Murray Cod.

Mission: I strive to express emotion in my artwork and hope it resonates with you too. I hope that it evokes a positive feeling of joyful peace and that it brightens up a special spot in your home. My style is a combination of looseness and detail, allowing watercolour to do its magic and then adding some detail bringing the subject to life.

Shipping: This painting will be sent in a flat pack and include a signed certificate of authenticity. Sent with Australia Post, fully insured requiring a signature upon receipt.
