Artwork Description

Watercolour on paper

Signed on the front.

"Red Wattlebird in Bottlebrush" by Anica Amphlett is an original watercolour painting and requires framing to hang.

I came across this gorgeous sunlit Red Wattlebird in Bottlebrush on a walk along the Coogee coastline.
I fell in love with the soft backlight illuminating some of the leaves, crimson Bottlebrush and gently outlining the Wattlebird.

Mission: I strive to express emotion in my artwork and hopes it resonates with you too. I also hope that it lifts a special spot in your home. My style is a combination of looseness and detail, allowing watercolour to do its magic and then adding some detail bringing the subject to life.
