I love gum blossoms and take every opportunity to examine and study them along with taking numerous photo references.... and it turns out I never have enough! Today I decided to put aside all the photos and immerse myself in the feeling I experience in loving them. I have purposely omitted excessive detail, as it isn't what inspires me, but the soft delicate nature they exude! I hope you can feel that too...

Mission: I strive to express emotion in my artwork and hope it resonates with you too. I hope that it evokes a positive feeling of joyful peace and that it brightens up a special spot in your home. My style is a combination of looseness and detail, allowing watercolour to do its magic and then adding some detail bringing the subject to life.
