Delightful bright artwork depicting abstract impressionist of lake birds in the wind.
This piece was inspired by my childhood meanderings through the woods and ponds near my home.

I grew up in Ontario , Canada in a small town near lush woods with ponds and a vast lake.
Ventured out to California in the late 1970’s and while working dabbled in various art mediums.
As a self taught artist, I am open to experimenting in a variety of mediums including concrete sculpture, encaustic and acrylic.
The past few years , my acrylic artwork has focused on creating colorful memories of my childhood years in nature and at our cottage . Depicting abstract memories of ponds , nests and water birds brings particular delight .
