I learned some new techniques at a recent workshop with artist Herman Pekel. In this painting I have put these techniques into practice, including doing an initial coloured wash, soft edges and painting quite loosely. This is an Australian landscape but not of a specific place, painted in an impressionist style. It comes with a recycled complimentary frame and is ready to hang.
