This work explores the emotion of surrendering to a higher purpose, be it a career or a belief or a mission, there is something so undefined in the surrendering. An emotion of being part of something bigger than oneself. It is an exploration of abstractionism and painted in the style of abstract expressionism.

This work is painted on 12 oz gallery canvas and has been sealed with varnish. The canvas is hand stretched onto a frame is 122 cm in height by 183 cm in width.

The painting shows a floating Oak frame, when sold the collector can choose the colour of the frame, please allow at least a week before shipping for the frame to be added.

This work was created in September 2018 and was a finalist in two US art prizes.
