I have always been drawn to traditional and classical art styles, and when I did a Life Drawing workshop with a nude model, I knew what I wanted to master. The human form is the ultimate in beauty and design, and the greatest challenge for an artist to capture on canvas. Accurately portraying the beauty of the face and feet is particularly rewarding for me. When I see a model in an elegant pose, I feel inspired to paint, using harmonious colour combinations to match the expression of the pose.
