I love painting rocks and water. This day at the Falls the water was flowing with plenty of movement after big rains in the area. I loved how the rocks had all different colours on them from being shaped from years and years of the water going over them. The inspiration for this piece was the contrast of the white water against the dark colours of the rocks. This would suit any room it was hung in. You can almost hear the rush of the water. I used acrylics on the piece on canvas.
