Inspired by the cinematic masterpiece which is Stanley Kubrick’s ‘2001 A Space Odyssey’. I have used the bright red lighting from inside Dave’s space pod and set the receding rectangles against an infinite backdrop of glitter stars, hinting at the idea of inter dimensional travel.
The glitter was mixed into a clear satin varnish over black for maximum glitz.
