Through the seasons the light dramatically influences still life and I chose these two glass bottles with drying proteas to reflect the outside into the interior. Light is the essence of all painting as far as I am concerned. You have to work from life to capture that influence and you have to work fast at the same time window every day. This work took 2/3 hours at the same time over seven days every day.
