Cockatoos are just glorious to watch, with their antics and wiggly dances they do. I have used a few references by the amazing Janis Churchward but when I saw this photo I wanted to paint it straight away. I love the outstretched wings as this cockatoo is about to land. This piece is an oil painting on stretched canvas with a wooden floating frame and comes ready to hang. The canvas is 40cm x 50cm, the total dimensions including the frame are 43cm x 53.5cm.
