Inspired by my grandparents’ home in Stanthorpe, a region famous for its apple orchards, this piece is a celebration of nostalgia and nature.
One story that always stayed with me is my Nana’s tale of a very frosty morning when her washed sheets were frozen stiff on the clothesline, a vivid reminder of Stanthorpe’s chilly winters and the warmth of family life.
