Artist Bio

Charlie Nanos, Top 15 Selling Bluethumb Artist 2024 ,Bluethumb Art Prize finalist 22, 2023, Bluethumb Rising Star artist 2022 , my hand built studio sits just off the Mornington Peninsula, i've embarked on a transformative journey from tradesman to a full time artist. In 2021, a rare heart condition forced me to leave my trade, and find solace and healing through the world of art. My aim now is to weave storytelling and nostalgia into my artworks, infusing them with vibrant colours and a touch of sentimentality. Through my unique and simplistic styles, i strive to transport viewers into a realm of cherished memories and imaginative narratives.

Throughout the last few years these original designs have gained quickly popularity attracting interest from various interior magazines and designers with features and spreads in Home designs, Forbes, The Block, Temple & Webster to name a few, works sold to feature Melbourne interior designers & sports identities, featured in galleries from Melbourne, Sorrento and Queensland. My artwork continues to grow to a wider audience with international sales including the United Sates, Hong Kong the UAE, Europe, New Zealand & Singapore.

I strive to make my orginal artwork as accessible as possible with quality Australian products and sustainable framing.

I continue to grow as an artist with each day and I feel excited and privileged you have chosen to watch my artistic journey unfold.
