Inspired by urban beauty, this original Acrylic captures a classic tram in the heart of the city of Melbourne. A unique 3D view achieved through the use of a perspex sheet and paper with their own scene painted on them creating depth and perspective.
Acrylic is applied on the inside of the perspex sheet and allows the exposed perspex to be maintained or touched without any risk to the artwork itself.

Chris Cox is an abstract and contemporary artist based in the Southern Tablelands of NSW just north of Canberra. His passion for creativity flourished early and grew from an admirable hobby to a full-time career as an artist.

Although his works exhibit complexity and strategic brushwork, much of his value lies in the arms of simplicity. Chris' core focus is to ' capture moments ', most commonly the simpler, everyday moments that are often overlooked. Chris' ongoing interest with interior design has encouraged the diverse and suitable nature of his works, both enhancing the finer spaces with delicate sized paintings to larger areas with bold canvas works designed to reflect his core motives.
