Acrylic on paper
Signed on the front.
I created this new painting in response to the devastation of the most recent Australian summer bushfires which damaged so much land and property. I live in the beautiful designated World Heritage Blue Mountains NSW, . For months our communities lived in fear of the encroaching bushfires.. The fires passed, soaring temperatures followed. Then Nature took over the healing and green shoots appeared on burnt trees. Life went on. But each of us had our memory of that time - where we were “that” day. In this painting I wanted to show nature’s amazing renewal against the stark bushfire damage
It has been hand-painted with artist high quality flow acrylic paint onto the wonderfully smooth surface of Polypropylene paper. It has a dramatic style, almost geometric in design, interspersed with fine art colourful details and mark making.
This painting should be framed under glass (art glass, perspex or museum glass) I have included several in-situ images to show how the painting could look once framed, which would be a dramatic centrepiece for your wall space. The actual art paper size is 90cm wide x 75cm high. It Is signed on the front and comes with my artist certificate of authenticity.
It will be delivered unframed. If you require assistance with framing options please note that Bluethumb can offer a framing service for a separate fee. This painting should be framed under glass or Perspex, as you would for a Watercolour piece
