'Ballarat Victoria Rainy Day' is a limited edition (100 only) fine art print of my original watercolor painting, expertly printed onto gorgeous textured watercolor paper. This appears just like the original painting because of how vivid the colors are! The drizzle allowing reflections to form on the streets and the wonderfully historic architecture of the Town Hall and Central Square Shopping Centre creating the most ideal composition for me.
