Coastal Summer Grass Textured Abstract

Originally inspired by my walks through Ansteys Hill during summer the park is full of summer grass. Also inspired by my travels to the coast for holidays and surfing. The background is textured and the heads of the wild grass is heavily textured. Gradient of greeny blues to turquoise blue, with splatters of deep blues, whites, pinks, green, silver and gold. The grass heads are also washed with two hues of metallic golds. This piece has a tranquil, calming feel to it.

Her art and profile has been used by an American University ( The Art Of Education University) with 9 other international nature artists as a resource for their program. Miranda’s work and bio will also be featured in Australia’s Home Design magazine with 11 other artists. They also publish Grand Designs Australia . 2025 The Adelaide Airport's New Premium Plaza Lounge purchased two of Miranda's Australiana themed artworks as part of their interiors.
