Artwork Description

Painted around the edges ready to hang, floating frame optional. This is my second version of my white and yellow flowers in a pink vase painting for a commission as wanted more yellow in the petals. I also used a different texture for the vase. I originally was inspired by my daisy flowers in my garden but wanted to chunk up the petals. I love the vibrant warm yellow hues of their centres with the white and soft yellow petals against a nice contrasting blue background with splashes of blues, greens, turquoise, deep blues, pinks, whites and beige. The vase is super textural too with a white wash to pop the textures even more. Finished with a satin varnish. These paintings always look better in real life as hard to capture in a photo. The close ups give a better idea.
