This is a NEW version and the first one of my still life flowers in a vase painting, using a cream vase and two different pinks for the flowers - magenta pink and salmon pink. The vase is a yellowy cream with a white white wash that brings out the textures. Background is a mix of blues, turquoise, aquas, pinks, white, gold and silvers. If you love TEXTURE this one delivers. Inspired by my love of nature and also textures. Flowers are such a happy subject and also a beautiful uplifting feature for ones space. The painting looks much better in real life this one is hard to photograph, the close ups give you a better idea of its gloss finish and textures. The pinks in this one a really beautiful.
