Artwork Description

This is my first outline Protea Flowers painting inspired by living in the Adelaide Hills as many locals sell bunches of these beautiful flowers and my favourite variety is the King Protea. This painting is also is inspired by lino printing also going back to my roots when I first started painting using more line art style, I did a lot of palms and bamboo back then.The background is a mix of blues, greeny blues, pinks, purple, silver and white. This also goes with my series of Agapanthus and Gum Leaves.
