Inspired by my love for animals and living in the Adelaide Hills. I had a great childhood spending weekends on my grandparents big dairy farm. This painting is heavily textured and the use of the gold foils makes it look rustic like old rusty gates on a farm. Also recently published in an Australian art book distributed Australia wide showcasing 56 country Australian artists and their Australiana artworks.
