Sun Flowers - Rays of dancing sunshine textured impasto abstract

This is a new version of my sunflowers in a portrait format with more swaying stems. This painting was inspired purely to bring happy vibes into your home and also reflects my husbands Ukranian heritage symbolizing peace and resilience. I love the vibrant warm yellow hues with the contrast of the deep brown and the metallic golds of the centre of the flower. This painting I have ramped up the textures and really pops off the canvas. The background is a base of sky blue with deep blues, turquoise, greeny blues, greens, soft pinks and deep pinks, beige and whites. It is hard to capture its true detail and textures, they always look better in real life!

They also publish Grand Designs Australia . 2025 The Adelaide Airport's New Premium Plaza Lounge purchased two of Miranda's Australiana themed artworks as part of their interiors.
