This is my first painting 3 weeks after having my second son. I wanted my first painting to represent purity and life, that is why I chose gold metallics and white - very angelic and spiritual. The swirly background textures also represent energy. The trees bark is also textured as shown in the close ups. This painting is also very striking, modern - contemporary. The first photo of a stylised shot is a real pic taken in my dining room so gives you the exact look and effect under warm lighting.
