This new style of tree was inspired by my latest walk through Ansteys Hill. I wanted to capture all of natures earthy and rustic textures and colours. Once applied it also looks like a starry night. Ive used heavy metallic golds, silver and copper. Ive just started to use copper in my artworks. They compliment the blues, greens, whites and black. Tree is heavily textured and wraps around the painting with a light textured background. The close up of the truck is taken under lights in the dining room to show the gloss and metallic finish. A very striking contemporary piece for ones space.
