Inspired by both my love for our outback and coast. Living in the hills I am surrounded by lots of Gum trees and introduced species. I am drawn also to the beach and spend many weekends on our surf beaches. Though I live in the hills I love everything tropical and beachy that is why I paint so much art inspired by water. This painting has a textured background with hues of blues, greeny blues, green, deep blues, turquoise, pink, gold, silver and white. The trees have their own textures to create the feel of bark and a blend of whites and deep cream. View the close ups as shows their textures and gloss finish.
