This original Mixed Media painting was created by layering paper and paint on 2 canvases and is a continuation of my recent experiment in using different techniques to apply the paint, Rollers Sponges, scrapers, spray packs, Paint Pens, stencils, in fact almost anything.
The work is a Large Statement Piece in the Neo Pop / Street Art style, that would create maximum impact to any room.
This artwork stylistically is directly influenced by Graffiti in City Laneways and other weathered surfaces.
The work is also inspired by my love of gestural abstraction and my obsession with using spray paint.
