Portrait of Artist and friend Paul Miller. Paul is depicted as a philosopher Anaximander.
Anaximander was Greek philosopher who lived in Miletus 610 – c. 546 BC. Very little is known about him and about his work. Anaximander teaches that all dying things are returning to the element from which they came. He was a mystical figure, good reason to be imagined and painted as a real man.
Painted on Fabriano Artistico 640 grams paper and mounted onto stretched canvas frame. Ready for the wall.
Sealed with Krylon satin varnish.
