My paintings are inspired by the beauty of nature. This combines my love of the ocean, bush and birds. The painting title says it all and was inspired by watching some gulls effortlessly playing with the thermal currents over the bay, just before a storm. It got me thinking that life is easier when we accept changes in our life beyond our control instead of fighting it. Who knows you may even discover you can have a little fun along the way, while developing new coping skills. It’s always good to remember that others are close by to help and guide you through the change/difficult time. You don’t have to do it on your own.
