Koumokuten, one of the Shiten'oo (Four Heavenly Kings), the guardian of the West, at Todaiji temple in Nara, Japan. While this is a freehand black ink sketch on white paper, the actual statue has gold decoration and stands surrounded by red coloured wood. This is one of two "minor" statues beside the enormous Buddha in one of the largest wooden buildings in the world.
