Palms are primarily associated with peace, victory, and eternal life. Images of palms remind me of Palm Sunday from the Bible, where palm branches were used to greet Jesus as He entered Jerusalem. (John 12:13). His Triumphal Entry, when people lay palm branches on the ground or waved them in celebration.
Palms also represent Jesuses victory over death.
