Most of the collage elements are taken from a couple of my multi layered screen print experiments printed over the years. Cut up, reassembled and over painted to create this piece. Recycled magazine clippings have also been added. The layered collaged elements create a nice textural surface.
The piece is on stretched canvas and 2 coats of high gloss varnish have also been applied to protect the artwork. The gloss finish really makes the colours pop (particularly the fluoro pink) and gives the work a glassy finish.
It has a wire at the back with painted edges so it is ready for your walls, or you may wish to add a frame directly through Bluethumb during purchase.
