Artwork Description

Andrew ‘Joey’ Johns footy card from his first full season with the Newcastle Knights. Joey would go on to win two premierships for the Knights and is considered one of the greatest players to ever play the sport of Rugby League.

This original piece took artist Dean Spinks 64 hours to draw in his unique photorealistic style using Copic Markers on Strathmore Bristol paper.
