Peter Sterling 1994 State of Origin Superstars Footy Card

Peter ‘Sterlo’ Sterling. The Parramatta Eels Rugby League great won four premierships for the Eels, played 18 tests for Australia and has been inducted into the NRL Hall of Fame.

Pictured here is Sterlo’s 1994 State of Origin Superstars footy card, featuring his iconic mullet and the NSW Blues jersey he donned 13 times playing for his state.

This original piece took artist Dean Spinks over 50 hours to draw in his unique photorealistic style using Copic Markers on Strathmore Bristol paper.
