“With every brush stroke and drop of paint, I’m breathing life into my feelings. And it’s this emotional energy in my paintings, that I share with you.”
Before leaving corporate America, I collaborated with renowned organizations like Warner Brothers, Nestle, and the Dali Museum. And while I loved bringing others’ visions to life, it was time to create art that reflected my own ideas.
For years now, I've been a mixed media artist painting modern art, and portraits. These expressive works are often layered with words, marks and symbols. My paintings are bold, colorful, and profoundly personal.
The inspiration comes from how I see the world—chaotic, and always changing. And because of my spicy neurodivergent ADHD mind, I can rarely stick to a single theme at a time. Instead, I paint “out-of-sequence” and eventually it leads me back to form a cohesive series. I have found over the years that this intuitive and unpredictable method is how I best create meaningful and authentic art.
My wife and I live in beautiful wine country Sonoma County, California. We share our home with Ziggy, our rescued, neurotic Cocker-Dachshund mix, and Annie, our spirited and loving tortoiseshell cat.
“Art is deeply personal and unique to each of us. It's a way to celebrate our true selves, especially in a world that often pushes us to fit into neat little boxes.”
