Fractured by Lumière

Fractured explores the tension between perfection and disruption. A gleaming gold surface symbolic of beauty, wealth, and permanence, is violently interrupted by scorched black markings, the result of fire deliberately set against its brilliance. The wood panel becomes a battleground between creation and destruction, shimmer and shadow. Through this contrast, the piece reflects on the fragility of surfaces, the scars we carry, and the resilience that remains in the wake of damage. What begins as a wound becomes a pattern, a story, a transformation.

Note: Due to the size/weight hardware has been installed on the rear, and the painting will need hang directly onto the wall not on a wire. Also this painting lends itself to being hung horizontally or vertically.
