A textured abstract floral featuring large abstracted flowers in pink and red tones with hints of contrasting greens and blues. A big bunch of flowers nestles in a overly tiny vase. (Hence the humorous title of Overly Confident...the little vase that could. ) This work was created/painted with a palette knife and brushes so it is rich with sheer swipes of overlapping colour with added scratchy/sgraffito details worked into thick layers of paint. The edges are painted white. This bold and bright painting will be a beautiful focal point in any room.
