Artwork Description

This work transcends traditional painting by physically extending the turbulent waterbody beyond the canvas, using sculptural impasto to create three-dimensional forms that breaking the frameing rules. It meticulously captures the biomechanical precision of a kingfisher's hunting strike. The hyper-realistic rendering of submerged feathers, refracted light, bubbles, and the prey's expression perfectly documents this dramatic moment.
