Artwork Description

The boneless ink painting method of the Lingnan School of Painting is a unique expression of Chinese art. In this piece, I have combined this technique with the modern Western method of resin fluid painting. By incorporating traditional Chinese colours and styles, along with modern materials and techniques, I have added a touch of gold glitter to create a piece that is both timeless and contemporary.
Breaking away from the strict perspective and light-dark relationships of realistic painting, I have integrated elements of virtual and real from traditional Western art. This allows the fluid to take on a life of its own, forming its own unique posture. The end result is an impressionistic experience that blends Chinese and Western styles in a truly innovative way.
