Artwork Description

I lost all of my bunnies during the new year. The depressed and grieving were somehow comforted by a flock of white cockatoos, I watch them fly over trees, so beautiful, so free, that let me believe my babies went somewhere forever free.
The pursuit of freehand flowers and birds in traditional Chinese painting is to capture the resemblance in spirit, combining the false with the true. Mixing ink paint with pigments and gold glitter, I got a more vivid colour, combined with the technique of thick painting, making the birds and burl much more alive and more decorative.
