A warm, textural still life painted with a limited Zorn-inspired palette — soft sienna, rose, and muted grey tones layered to capture the glow of light on everyday forms. The restrained palette lends harmony and quiet depth, allowing the warmth of the subject to take centre stage.

This work has twice been selected for Bluethumb curations, reflecting its enduring appeal and subtle painterly balance.
The sides are painted white for a clean, contemporary look, though the piece would also suit a natural oak or light timber frame. Ideal for kitchens or dining spaces, it brings a calm, grounded presence to modern interiors.
