Emma resides in a lovely bayside suburb of Melbourne, with her 2 children and her husband.Art has always been a huge part of her life, from drawing as a young girl, to studying a diploma of illustration and later on graphic design. Studying graphic design was a pivotal turning point in her career, and has heavily influenced her painting style today, which has a strong graphic quality, with crisp lines, smooth flat rounded shapes and patten featuring heavily in most of her work. Colour is also central to her practice, as much time is spent choosing minimal colour palettes with bright, vibrant and bold colour choices.Her subjects tend to centre around nature, and the beautiful flora and fauna that Australia has to offer.
